Utterly Useless

The "connector" has no documentation at all, and despite being pretty good with computers and software (and being very persistent), I simply could not figure out how to make it work. There is literlaly no support, not even an empty link on their site.

I notice the applications default conflict resolution is to overwrite PC with contents of phone. VERY dangerous in an applicatin that is difficult to understand!
